I believe that the PEAR is one of my favorite fruit and I love it in all its forms, in sorbet, Compote, cake but also belle-Hélène… Then this time, c’est en version poire pochée au thé Earl Grey et épices que nous avons dégusté de super fruit. Yes, because I also love this black tea, flavoured with bergamot… Mmmmhh !

Il n’y a rien de compliqué dans ce dessert et avec de petits biscuits, It's a treat. Et comme j’en avais préparé pas mal, j’ai réutilisais 3 des mes poires dans un autre dessert dont je vous parle bientôt, This is the next recipe, laissez-moi juste le temps que je la rédige😉

  1. 4 Pears pas trop mûres
  2. 500 ml water
  3. 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons of Earl Grey tea (or 2 bags)
  5. 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  6. 1 gousse de vanilla
  7. 1/2 de cuillère à café de cinnamon powder
  1. Boil water with brown sugar in a large saucepan to dissolve it.
  2. Once to a boil add tea off the heat and let infuse 4 minutes.
  3. Remove tea.
  4. Scrape the vanilla bean into the saucepan and add the cinnamon.
  5. Peel the pears and place them in the Pan. Cook at low heat for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the heat and cover the Pan foil or other by making a hole in the Middle.
  7. Let cool at least two hours at room temperature.
  8. Si vous le souhaitez, You can book cool before serving.
  9. Enjoy the pears with the syrup.

    Me too, j’aime beaucoup ce fruit juteux dont le goût est subtil. On the other hand, I find that pears are "complicated" because often disappointing to purchase : not quite ripe, too ripe or chard ! Therefore, buy little at a time and it's a surprise : good or bad ! That's, I consume less than I like unfortunately.

    The coup, I'll try this recipe which is very interesting and allows to use pears which lack a bit of maturity. Thank you Leah and good week.
