If you wish, you can add some chopped basil leaves.
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C with a bowl of hot water in the bottom of your oven.
  • Roll out your pizza dough with a rolling pin on a lightly floured work surface.
Spread the tomato sauce on top with a tablespoon.
Sprinkle a little grated pecorino cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven and your taste when it comes to cooking your pizza.
  • Once cooked, add small pieces of burrata on top of the hot pizzas, spread the slices of mortadella and add some basil leaves.
Enjoy it hot, it's a wonder!
  • If you want thin pizzas, roll out your dough well. On the other hand, if you like thicker pizzas, roll out less and let the dough rise for 10 minutes before covering it with tomato sauce.
