In your food processor, pour the Greek yogurt and add the garlic cloves, drained chickpeas, if possible without their skin, salt, pepper, tahini, lemon juice and zest.Mix until everything is well combined.
Add the feta cheese and mix until the mixture is slightly smooth.While mixing, slowly pour in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth.
Repeat this process for the ice water until you have a light, smooth consistency.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve with fresh vegetables, other mezzes or pita chips.
