Preheat your oven to 220°C.
To prepare the dough, place the flour and salt in a bowl.
Add oil and water as you go. It may be necessary to remove some of the water or add a little flour.
Knead quickly until the dough is smooth. The dough should be soft.
Once your dough is ready, divide it in 2 to obtain 2 flambé tarts. Roll them out thinly on sheets of parchment paper, using a rolling pin.
Mix the mascarpone and cottage cheese and spread over the pasta.
Add onions and bacon on top.Finally, spread honey and goat cheese on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until ingredients are well coloured.
