Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl of your stand mixer. Add the sugars and salt.
Add the eggs, melted butter and a little milk then start working the dough at low speed with the whisk of your food processor.
Gradually add the rest of the milk while whisking, still at low speed, until the dough is smooth.
To finish, cook the pancakes in a lightly buttered and very hot pan.Pour in half a ladle of mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until small bubbles form on the surface.Flip with a spatula and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
