Homemade Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 cl whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl of your stand mixer. Add the sugars and salt.
  • Add the eggs, melted butter and a little milk then start working the dough at low speed with the whisk of your food processor.
  • Gradually add the rest of the milk while whisking, still at low speed, until the dough is smooth.
  • To finish, cook the pancakes in a lightly buttered and very hot pan.
    Pour in half a ladle of mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until small bubbles form on the surface.
    Flip with a spatula and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
