After washing it and removing the seeds, cut the pumpkin into pieces. There is no need to peel it.
Put the pumpkin pieces in a saucepan of water, with the carrot, onion and diced garlic. Add the broth, curry and crushed cardamom.
Leave to simmer at medium temperature for around twenty minutes.
Salt, pepper and mix everything.
Serve hot. You can also add a little crème fraîche according to your taste.
