Peel the mango, cut it into cubes and place it in the freezer for 2 hours.Peel tangerines and place the quarters in the freezer for 2 hours as well. Then pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
You can serve immediately or freeze in individual portions.
If you want to prepare this dessert in advance, take out the frozen yogurt ½ hour before serving and reserve it in the refrigerator.
