Peel the corn cobs and place them in a baking dish.
Place a few pieces of butter along the length of each cob, sprinkle with a little chili pepper and salt.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. You can turn the cobs halfway through cooking.
Remove from the oven, place a few knobs of butter on each ear of corn and sprinkle with a squeeze of lime.

For those who wish to try another version, you can mix the butter with the chili pepper, salt and lime zest, distribute half over the cobs before cooking, then the other half after cooking with a drizzle of lemon juice. Green.
