Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar well. Add the egg and mix well.
Add the rest of the ingredients (flour, salt and spices) and mix again until it forms a smooth ball.
Refrigerate the dough ball for 30 minutes in plastic wrap.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is approximately 0.5mm to 1cm thick. Cut out the shapes of your choice, then arrange them on the baking sheet, spacing the biscuits apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.Let cool and enjoy!

If you wish, you can use a blend of 4 or 5 spices or Christmas spices. You can also use salted butter, it’s delicious. And in this case, don't add a pinch of salt. ;-)
