Pasta with Black Truffle Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh pasta (here tagliatelle)
  • 20 g black truffle
  • 15 cl fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Sea Salt flakes
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Boil a large volume of water with salt in a saucepan to cook your pasta.
  • At the same time, prepare your sauce. Grate 10 g of truffle into the cream and with a knob of butter. Infuse over low heat while your pasta cooks.
  • Drain your pasta, arrange it on plates and pour over the truffle cream, salt and pepper. Finally, grate the remaining 10 grams of truffles over your pasta and enjoy immediately.
