In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the softened butter with the egg, a pinch of salt and the sugar for a few minutes. The result is not uniform but that’s normal!Add the juice and zest of the orange. Mix again.
Mix the flour and yeast then gradually pour in while mixing until you obtain a smooth dough.
Form a ball and film it. Leave to cool for 1 hour.
Then form around thirty small balls and roll them in the icing sugar.Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and leave in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 190°C.
Bake for 15 minutes and let cool on a rack.
You can keep them for a few days in an airtight container.
