How To Make Buttermilk

Ingredients

  • 25 cl milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar

Instructions

  • Pour a tablespoon of lemon juice (or white/cider vinegar) into a measuring glass with 25 cl of milk.
  • Mix and let sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Small lumps will form and the milk will become curdled.
  • Mix again and use in the recipe of your choice.
