Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F.
In a saucepan, start by gently melting the dark chocolate with the coconut oil and maple syrup in a bain-marie. Stir regularly until everything is smooth but do not heat too much.
Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl, place the oat flakes, nuts, almonds and seeds as well as the cocoa powder. Mix well.
Then pour the melted chocolate mixture over the oat-nut mixture and stir until the chocolate is well distributed.
Place everything on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.Then remove from the oven and let cool completely. Pour into an airtight glass jar. Store away from light and in a dry place.
Serve as is or with milk or yogurt.
