Garlic and Parsley Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 300 g small shrimps
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 organic lemon

Instructions

  • In a frying pan, pour a good drizzle of olive oil and heat. When hot, add the shrimp.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring a little, and add the peeled, degermed and chopped garlic and the washed, dried and chopped flat leaf parsley. Cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve with a few lemon peels and a dash of juice.
