Smoked Salmon Rillettes

Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 75 g fresh cheese
  • 1 shallot
  • chives
  • dill
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place the herbs and shallot in a blender and blend.
  • Then add the smoked salmon and mix again.
  • Finish by adding the cream cheese and pepper and blend again for a few seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a sealable jar and store until ready to serve.
  • To serve, toast a few slices of bread, spread them and place a few pearls of yuzu on top.
