Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 l milk
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, pour the milk and add a few drops of lemon.
  • In a bowl, pour the sifted flour and salt and form a well.
  • Place the eggs in the center of the flour and begin mixing in the center with a whisk. Gradually add the milk while continuing to mix.
  • Finally, add the oil and mix again.
    Let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Make your pancakes in a non-stick pan and lightly oil between each pancake. Fry them for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Notes

If there are still lumps in the pasta, don't hesitate to put it in a blender.
