Feta cheese Yogurt Dip {Easy Recipe}

Ingredients

  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 125 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon zaatar

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a small blender, place the feta cheese cut into small pieces. Add the peeled and pressed garlic clove.
  • Then pour in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, zaatar and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the feta cream into a large bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  • You can then serve as is or add chopped flat leaf parsley or mint on top, lemon zest, diced tomatoes or a little zaatar.
  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to use.
