In the bowl of a small blender, place the feta cheese cut into small pieces. Add the peeled and pressed garlic clove.
Then pour in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, zaatar and pepper.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the feta cream into a large bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil.
You can then serve as is or add chopped flat leaf parsley or mint on top, lemon zest, diced tomatoes or a little zaatar.
Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to use.
