Avocado and Herb Green Salsa recipe

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 peeled avocados (approx. 250 g)
  • 1 organic lime (juice and zest)
  • 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley washed and dried
  • 5 mint leaves washed and dried
  • 1 garlic clove peeled and degermed
  • 1 shallot peeled and chopped (optional)
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  • Pour into a jar and serve on toasted bread as an aperitif, or as a sauce on a burger, for example.
