peeled avocados
(approx. 250 g)

organic lime
(juice and zest)

bunch flat-leaf parsley
washed and dried

mint leaves
washed and dried

garlic clove
peeled and degermed

shallot
peeled and chopped (optional)
salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small food processor.
Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour into a jar and serve on toasted bread as an aperitif, or as a sauce on a burger, for example.
