Heat a large volume of water in a saucepan for the pasta.
Cook them as directed on their packet and in the meantime, prepare the filling.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil and brown the previously washed and sliced leek whites.
When they are tender, add a drizzle of lemon juice and the salmon cut into strips.
Brown for 1 minute then add the cream.
Serve over the pasta in bowls or plates, as you like, then season with a few twists of pepper.
You can also grate a little parmesan on top.
