Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the onion into thin slices and brown it in the butter. When it starts to be transparent, add the brown sugar then the balsamic vinegar.
  • Reduce then pour into an airtight jar.
