vegetable milk (here hazelnut)

large tablespoons
chia seeds

tablespoons
oatmeal

handful of walnut kernels
1
kiwi
3 or 4
dates
Maple syrup or honey
Instructions
Mix the milk, chia seeds and oatmeal.
Pour into individual glasses or ramekins.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, decorate with fresh fruit, dates and nuts. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and enjoy.
