Kiwi Chia Pudding with Date and Walnut recipe

Ingredients

  • 40 cl vegetable milk (here hazelnut)
  • 2 large tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 handful of walnut kernels
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 or 4 dates
  • Maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  • Mix the milk, chia seeds and oatmeal.
  • Pour into individual glasses or ramekins.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, decorate with fresh fruit, dates and nuts. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and enjoy.
