Place the grated coconut, crushed pistachios and sesame in 3 small individual bowls.
In a saucepan over a water bath, melt the dark chocolate.
When the chocolate is melted, dip half of the pretzels into it and let the excess fall off.
Then pass the chocolate part of the pretzels alternately in the grated coconut, crushed pistachios and sesame.
Place on a baking rack and let dry before serving and enjoying.
