Homemade Chocolate Pretzels recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g maxi pretzels
  • 100 g dark pastry chocolate
  • Crushed unsalted roasted pistachios
  • Toasted sesame
  • Grated coconut

Instructions

  • Place the grated coconut, crushed pistachios and sesame in 3 small individual bowls.
  • In a saucepan over a water bath, melt the dark chocolate.
  • When the chocolate is melted, dip half of the pretzels into it and let the excess fall off.
  • Then pass the chocolate part of the pretzels alternately in the grated coconut, crushed pistachios and sesame.
  • Place on a baking rack and let dry before serving and enjoying.
