- 250 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 jar of Boursin (herbs cream cheese)
- 200 g cheese (several options: burger cheese, croque monsieur, or even cheddar, Comté, Beaufort, Edam...)
- 1 pack of 10 wraps
Peel the onion and garlic cloves and cut them finely.In a pan, brown them with a drizzle of olive oil. Salt, pepper and brown lightly. Add the minced meat and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.Remove from the heat, add the Boursin and stir until well combined. Cut the wrap in half and slightly fold the end of the rounded side inwards.Place a slice of cheese on top and add a few spoons of minced meat. Proceed with folding into a triangle, as shown in the drawing. In a lightly oiled hot pan, cook for a few minutes until the tacos are golden brown.Serve immediately with salad or potatoes.
