Beef and Cheese Burritos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 jar of Boursin (herbs cream cheese)
  • 200 g cheese (several options: burger cheese, croque monsieur, or even cheddar, Comté, Beaufort, Edam...)
  • 1 pack of 10 wraps

Instructions

  • Peel the onion and garlic cloves and cut them finely.
    In a pan, brown them with a drizzle of olive oil. Salt, pepper and brown lightly.
  • Add the minced meat and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from the heat, add the Boursin and stir until well combined.
  • Cut the wrap in half and slightly fold the end of the rounded side inwards.
    Place a slice of cheese on top and add a few spoons of minced meat. Proceed with folding into a triangle, as shown in the drawing.
  • In a lightly oiled hot pan, cook for a few minutes until the tacos are golden brown.
    Serve immediately with salad or potatoes.
