Chicken pasta with creamy chorizo sauce

Ingredients

  • 380 g dry pasta of your choice
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 150 g chorizo cut into small pieces
  • 1 stalk cherry tomatoes
  • 20 cl single cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 40 g cheese (feta, parmesan, pecorino, manchego, etc.)

Instructions

  • Cook your pasta in a large volume of salted water (count 1 liter for 100g of pasta).

  • Meanwhile, in a pan, add the peeled and finely chopped onion, the pressed garlic clove, and the diced chorizo.
    Gently fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Add the cherry tomatoes to the chorizo-onion mixture and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Then add the cream, just long enough for it to heat.

  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and serve on plates.
    Divide the sauce between each plate and sprinkle with cheese.
