Ingredients

  • 400 ml Canned chickpeas (265 g rinsed and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Drain the chickpeas and rinse them.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
  • Do not hesitate to season gradually so that it is to your taste.
