Instructions
Remove the skin from the chorizo.
In the bowl of a small food processor, place the chorizo, cut into small pieces, and process until smooth.
Next, add the sundried tomatoes (optional) and blend again.
Finally, add cream cheese and yogurt.
Blend well until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
