Ingredients

  • 200 g mild or spicy chorizo
  • 150 g 150g cream cheese
  • 150 g yogurt (or more for a creamier texture)
  • 2 to 4 sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  • Remove the skin from the chorizo.
    In the bowl of a small food processor, place the chorizo, cut into small pieces, and process until smooth.
  • Next, add the sundried tomatoes (optional) and blend again.
  • Finally, add cream cheese and yogurt.
    Blend well until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
