Wash, sort, and dry the wild garlic leaves.Place them in the bowl of a small food processor and blend, or finely chop them with a knife.
Add the cream cheese, salt (optional), and pepper. Mix well with the chopped wild garlic leaves.Pour into a bowl.
Drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil.If you like, you can toast some pine nuts in a hot pan and then sprinkle them over your fresh cheese as a garnish. It's also a delicious accompaniment to any dish.
Serve it with toast or breadsticks, for example.
Notes
Don't add too much salt, adjust to your taste as the cheese is sometimes already quite salty.
