Creamy Ground Beef Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 g dried pasta
  • 350 g ground beef
  • 1 or 2 finely chopped shallot(s)
  • 150 g Boursin fresh cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat 4 liters of water in a large saucepan.
    When it boils, salt it then immerse the pasta in it and cook it according to the instructions.
  • Meanwhile, finely slice the shallots and fry them in a large pan with a little olive oil until translucent.
    Add the ground beef and brown, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
    Add the Boursin and let it melt in the pan.
    Mix well.
  • Drain the pasta then pour it over the creamy beef and Boursin sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
