Wash and peel the carrots.
Cut them into pieces of about 4 centimeters and cook for 15 to 20 minutes in boiling water.
Drain and cut each piece into 2 or 3 slices.
Place them on a baking sheet and crush with a flat glass.
Drizzle with olive oil, season lightly with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C/350°F.
To be enjoyed as an appetizer with the sauce of your choice.
