Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Roll out your puff pastry on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.
Peel and core the apples, then cut them into very thin slices. Arrange them in a line on the puff pastry or in a rosette.
Heat your caramel in the microwave or in a bain-marie so that it is liquid and easy to spread.Using a kitchen brush, spread the caramel on the apple slices. Bake in the bottom of the oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.Watch the cooking carefully, it can vary a little depending on your oven. Serve warm or cold, with or without a scoop of ice cream.
