Garlic and Chive Cottage Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 g cottage cheese + 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 small finely chopped shallot
  • 1 pressed small garlic clove
  • A few sprigs of fresh herbs (chives, parsley, mint, dill) finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • A few drops of lemon (optional)

Instructions

  • Finely chop the fresh herbs (after rinsing and drying them) and place them in a bowl.
  • Peel the garlic clove and shallot then finely chop them and add them to the bowl.
  • Salt, pepper and add a few drops of lemon (and even a little zest if you wish).
  • Pour in the cream cheese and stir.
  • Keep in cool until serving.
