Pour the oat flakes into a blender and reduce them to a powder by mixing.
Add the bananas one by one cut into slices and mix.
Add the egg and yeast, then mix again until everything is well mixed.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.When the pan is hot, pour two large tablespoons of batter and cook for a few minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Use a thin spatula to handle them.Repeat the operation until all the batter is used up. Serve hot or warm, with banana slices, maple syrup, pecans or blueberries.
