Homemade Tortilla Chips recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 corn tortillas (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Cut the tortillas into triangles.
  • Place them on a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Brush them with the oil-spice mixture using a pastry brush.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Let cool.
