Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Wash the spaghetti squash and cut it in half lengthwise.
Remove the seeds with a tablespoon.
Brush the flesh with oil or simply drizzle it over the squash.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Place the two squash halves on the baking sheet, flesh side down.You can pierce them with a fork. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, depending on the size of the squash.
Remove from the oven and fluff the squash with a fork.
