Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of milk (your choice)
  • 60 g of rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, agave syrup, or honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

Topping

  • Nut butter
  • Fresh fruit
  • Walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts…
  • Seeds

Instructions

  • In a container or two jars, pour the basic ingredients and mix everything well.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, garnish as desired and enjoy immediately.
