Prepare your mushrooms by cutting the base of the oyster mushrooms and clean them with a kitchen brush.Cut them into pieces or strips of the same size. Prepare the pressed garlic, finely chopped shallot and chopped parsley.
In a frying pan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
Brown the mushrooms and turn them gently during cooking.
After coloring, add the chopped shallot and pressed garlic.
Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes and add the chopped parsley at the end. Season.
Serve hot, accompanied by the vinaigrette of your choice.
