Pan Fried Oyster Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 g oyster mushrooms
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 finely chopped shallot
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped flat or curly parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare your mushrooms by cutting the base of the oyster mushrooms and clean them with a kitchen brush.
    Cut them into pieces or strips of the same size.
  • Prepare the pressed garlic, finely chopped shallot and chopped parsley.
  • In a frying pan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
  • Brown the mushrooms and turn them gently during cooking.
  • After coloring, add the chopped shallot and pressed garlic.
  • Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes and add the chopped parsley at the end. Season.
  • Serve hot, accompanied by the vinaigrette of your choice.
