Instructions
Remove the outer husks from the cardamom pods and discard the small seeds.
Grind them into a powder using a small mortar and pestle.
Peel the mangoes.
Cut them in half and remove the pits.
Place them in the bowl of a blender or mixer and blend.
Add the yogurt, milk, ground cardamom seeds, and sugar.
Mix well for a few minutes. The mixture should be frothy.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Enjoy chilled.
