Ingredients

  • 230 g ripe mango (2-3 fruits)
  • 250 g greek yogurt
  • 120 ml milk of your choice
  • 2-3 cardamom pods
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  • Remove the outer husks from the cardamom pods and discard the small seeds.
    Grind them into a powder using a small mortar and pestle.
  • Peel the mangoes.
    Cut them in half and remove the pits.
  • Place them in the bowl of a blender or mixer and blend.
  • Add the yogurt, milk, ground cardamom seeds, and sugar.
    Mix well for a few minutes. The mixture should be frothy.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Enjoy chilled.
