Roughly blend the washed and dried radishes, then place them in a salad bowl with the crushed garlic.
Once blended, squeeze the radishes in a cloth to remove excess water and prevent the tzatziki from becoming too runny and to retain its creaminess.
Add the finely chopped herbs and lemon juice. Mix.
Pour in the cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
Add a small drizzle of olive oil if desired.Refrigerate until ready to serve. You can garnish with a few radishes or fresh herbs.
Serve as an appetizer, spread with breadsticks, for example, or as a starter with toasted bread.
