- vanilla powder or even cinnamon
- chocolate chips (dark for me, but you can use any chocolate you like)

One of the great benefits of this cookie dough is that you can adapt it to your every whim. Do you like it crunchy? Add hazelnuts or pecans. A fan of peanut butter? Add a spoonful for an even more gourmet taste. Looking for a sweet and salty touch? A drizzle of salted butter caramel will work wonders. The possibilities are endless, and that’s what’s so great about it!

How to use cookie dough?
- as a topping on cheesecake,
- as a cupcake frosting,
- incorporated into vanilla or chocolate ice cream… You’ve probably already tried the famous Ben & Jerry’s ice cream version, so why not make your own?
- And for those of you who still fancy cookies, you can always shape them into small balls and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C.
How and for how long should you store your raw cookie dough?
Storage is just as simple: up to 3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container, or one month in the freezer. A little tip if you’re going to freeze it: form balls in advance so you can pick one up on demand.
