My daughter is absolutely crazy about Cheddar Cheese Sauce, especially poured over French fries. She could eat a whole meal of it, despite her small frame 🙂 So, from time to time, at home, I try it, and we put it on everything… 😉
This recipe is really quick and easy to make, and I sometimes like to add a few variations, like a teaspoon of mustard or a little garlic semolina (dehydrated), and I sometimes add a little parmesan or pecorino. I find it spices up this delicious cheddar sauce.
This cheese sauce can be enjoyed warm or hot, as an aperitif for example. You can store it for a few days in the fridge, then heat it in a bain-marie or saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
