Homemade Tortillas Chips {baked recipe}

I’ve been wanting to share this recipe for homemade tortilla chips with you for a while. It’s been waiting patiently in my archives for almost two years (yes, that’s it!), even though it definitely deserved to be featured. Today, it’s finally here!
Ultra-simple to make, these crispy chips are perfect for the end of summer, but they’re just as good all year round, even as an aperitif. With a good homemade guacamole, it’s a winning combo.
Of course, you can find excellent tortilla chips in stores, but homemade ones really have that little something extra. All you need are a few wheat or corn tortillas (you can even use my homemade corn flour tortilla recipe if you like), a little spice to spice things up—I’m partial to smoked paprika and garlic—and a quick toast in the oven. Simple, quick, and incredibly addictive!
