Here is my Seasonal Fruit and Vegetable Calendar to cook at home.
I don’t know about you, but for my part, I like to eat local and seasonal products. I love the anticipation of each fruit and vegetable and it allows me to vary my diet throughout the year.
Also, I offer you a small calendar for seasonal fruits and vegetables (in France but also DOM-TOM) which can serve as a guide if you wish… This list is far from exhaustive and will tend to vary depending on the region…
Click on the name of the fruit or vegetable that interests you and you will find the recipes that I have shared on this cooking blog.
