Very easy to make in the blender and very tasty.
We topped ours with salad and grilled red peppers, aubergine and halloumi.

  2. Hello,
I’m just trying these now, but while I’m waiting for them to cook, I thought I’d tweak the English a bit, as you requested. It’s perfectly understandable as it is-bien fait!
Pour the water and half of the chickpea/gram flour into a bowl.
    Mix well with a whisk.
Add the remaining flour and mix again.
In a frying pan, lightly toast the cumin seeds, then add them to the batter with the garlic powder. Add a little salt and pepper, then mix again.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Heat some oil in a frying pan. When hot, pour in a ladleful of batter and spread quickly with a spatula.
This will enable you to obtain the desired thickness.
Then cook for 2-3 minutes on each side (personally, I like them browned).
Repeat until the batter is finished.
