Since I tested chia seeds, I have become a real fan, especially at breakfast. For this Kiwi Chia Pudding with Date and Walnut recipe, I used small yellow kiwis that I found in my small organic market.
I didn’t know but it’s very nice. They are much smaller and have a tangier taste that balances well with the sweetness of medjoul dates.
In short, if you are like me, that is to say you start to have big vitamin needs and you don’t have much time to have breakfast during the week, this chia seed pudding will be perfect.
We prepare the pudding the day before and in the morning we add the nuts and fruit for a hearty breakfast.
I used walnuts, kiwis and dates but if you wish, you can also add other fruits like clementines or hazelnuts… It’s up to your taste.
