Have you ever had Pasta with Black Truffle Cream Sauce recipe?
For those who follow me regularly, know that I live in Grenoble but that I work in Valence. And the Drôme notably has an often overlooked asset: it is one of the leading regions producing black truffles!
And yes ! And I can tell you that they are delicious. So I was able to get a few grams of this gem, which we both tasted for my man’s birthday 15 days ago.
Well, I’ll tell you right away, for the photos of my fresh black truffle pasta, I put all the truffle on a plate but in truth, we then shared it between two people.
I really like truffles and I find that it is a product that does not need to be worked a lot to be appreciated, which is why this recipe is super simple.
Pasta with Black Truffle Cream Sauce Recipe
To make it, I drew inspiration from my memories because 2 years ago, we went with friends to Piedmont, another region well known for these truffles, but white!
In restaurants, we were served truffles directly grated on beautiful fresh pasta, a real treat!! Well, I feel like I eat it often, but that’s far from the case… 😉
I had small truffles of 10 g each but if you use a larger one, separate it in 2. One part will be used for the cream and the other will be grated directly on your dish.
