For this Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob recipe with Chili Butter, I took inspiration from Katie Quinn Davis’ first book, When Katie Cooks.
In her recipe, she cooks the corn cobs on the barbecue, but living in an apartment building, it’s a bit complicated ;-), so I cooked them in the oven.
I must admit that I’m not a big fan of corn because I particularly think of canned corn which is not my friend, but the other day while passing the market Fab told me that he loved Gosh, we bought some on the cob and made this recipe which completely changed my taste for corn. It’s good !
You will see, I offer 2 versions in the recipe. If you want to spice it up a bit, you can add lime zest. Finally, I’ll let you read everything… 😉

What ingredients will do need to make this delicious spicy oven roasted corn recipe?

Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob Recipe with Chili Butter
Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- Chili pepper
- Butter
- 1 or 2 limes
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 210°C/410°F.
- Peel the corn cobs and place them in a baking dish.
- Place a few pieces of butter along the length of each cob, sprinkle with a little chili pepper and salt.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. You can turn the cobs halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the oven, place a few knobs of butter on each ear of corn and sprinkle with a squeeze of lime.
