Mirabelle Plum Tart easy Recipe

Sweet tarts are definitely among my favorite desserts, and if I had to choose one, I think mirabelle plum tart would be at the top.
It’s probably because as a child, I spent my holidays at my grandmother’s house, who had magnificent plum trees in her garden. She knew how much we loved this dessert, and it wasn’t uncommon for a tart to come out of the oven every other day. In fact, my aunt often took care of it, always with meticulous care in arranging the fruit… much better than today! These childhood memories remain etched in my mind…
Last Sunday, when I came across some superb, ripe plums at the market, it was impossible to resist. I slipped a kilo into my basket, with a simple idea in mind: to make a homemade plum tart, easy, but oh so comforting. And of course, everyone loved it…
