The answer is simple: cherry tomatoes are at their peak. Juicy, sweet and slightly spicy, they are the star ingredient of this recipe. Cooked in the oven, they release all their aromas and are enriched with a slight caramelization, which goes perfectly with the crunch of the parmesan crumble.
The parmesan brings a salty touch that enhances the tomatoes, while creating a delicious crunch. Finally, burrata, this famous creamy and melting cheese, balances everything by providing softness and roundness. The marriage of these three ingredients, complemented by aromatic herbs such as basil or thyme, makes this crumble a dish that is both refined and comforting.

Light and delicious at the same time, it can be enjoyed with a nice arugula salad and toast for a complete meal. The simplicity of the ingredients highlights seasonal products, and the burrata brings a touch of generosity that will please everyone.
It’s also a very versatile recipe: you can also vary the cheeses to serve, like fresh goat’s cheese or a good mozzarella for example. It is also possible to add other summer vegetables such as zucchini or peppers for a real summer concentrate. One bite of this dish and you’ll feel like you’re extending the season just a little bit more!
